Este proyecto de inversión y desarrollo revalora la casi inexistente vivienda vertical en la ciudad de Querétaro al ofrecer diferentes tipologías y áreas comunes privilegiadas. La propuesta argumenta también la posibilidad de cómo la periferia de la ciudad debería definirse con franqueza para revalorar el campo y las posibles nuevas relaciones entre éstos.

This investment and development project reconsiders the almost nonexistent presence of vertical housing in the city of Querétaro by offering a range of housing typologies and privileged shared spaces. The proposal also argues for a more explicit definition of the city’s periphery as a means to revalue the countryside and to explore new potential relationships between urban and rural territories..
