En un terreno de esquinas con restricciones significativas, la propuesta con un claro esquema introvertido busca la presencia de jardines en todo momento. El monolito de concreto es penetrado por patios de diferentes alturas y se abre francamente al lindero posterior manteniendo la privacidad con los vecinos a través de vegetación y una estructura de concreto en planta alta.

On a corner lot with significant constraints, the proposal adopts a clearly introverted scheme that seeks the constant presence of gardens throughout the house. The concrete monolith is carved by courtyards of varying heights and opens decisively toward the rear boundary, while privacy from neighboring properties is maintained through vegetation and a concrete structure on the upper level.
